i n g r e d i e n ti // i n g r e d i e n t s:
1 cucchiaino di scorza grattigiata di limone// 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salare e cuocere al forno o microonde la zucca finché è morbida, schiacciarla con una forchetta, strizzarla e passarla ulteriormente in uno schiacciapatate per ottenere circa 150 gr di purea// salt and bake at oven or microwave the pumkin until it’s soft and press it with a potato masher until you’ll have about 150 gr of mash tun
- Mettere la zucca in una ciotola con la farina, il lievito, lo zucchero e la scorza di limone// put the pumkin in a bowl with flour, yeast, sugar and lemon zest
- Aggiungere un uovo per volta e impastare// add one egg and then the other one to blend the dough
- Aggiungere il sale e continuare a impastare fino a ottenere una consistenza morbida e omogenea. In caso regolare con altra farina o latte// add the salt and keep bending until you will have a soft dough homogeneous, differently add flour or milk
- Aggiungere il burro poco per volta continuando a impastare, finché è ben assorbito// add the butter gradually until it’s well absorbed
- Formare una palla, metterla in una ciotola leggermente imburrata, coprire con pellicola e far lievitare in forno con la luce accesa per 1 ora e mezza o finché l’impasto ha raddoppiato il volume// make a ball and leave it in a bowl lighty buttered and leave it in the owen for 1 hour and half until the dough will be doubled
- Sgonfiare e stendere in un rettangolo// Deflate and stir nto a rectangle
- Mescolare il burro morbido con lo zucchero e le spezie e spalmarlo sulla superficie del rettangolo// Blend the soft butter with the sugar and the spices and spread it on the surface of the rectangle
- Arrotolare partendo dal lato più lungo// roll it starting from the longer side
- Tagliare il rotolo ottenuto a metà nel senso della lunghezza lasciando l’estremità superiore unita// cut in half the roll and in the lenght sense leaving the upper extremity joined
- Intrecciare le due metà lasciando in alto la sezione del taglio, in modo che si veda bene la sequenza di pieghe// braid the two half leaving above the section of the cut as you will see better the sequence of the folds
- Compattare e disporre in una teglia da cake. Far lievitare un’altra mezz’ora// Put in in a baking pan and leave it rise for another half an hour
- Cuocere a 180° per circa 40 minuti// bake at 365F for about 40 minutes
- Sfornare, fare raffreddare o servire tiepida// Serve lukewore
