Perfect for Sunday breakfasts and even for salty breaks during the days! Adjusting the Bruno Albouze (here) recipes (where I’ve took out a layer of butter in the process of his recipe to avoid a real puff pastry and even a bit less of sugar) I’ve made these fab croissants with a topping of cereals! As I wrote they’re perfect for sweet and salty breaks with homemade jams or with raw ham to create a contrast of sweetness and tasty flavor of ham! Every details matching with the hues of Assembly super comfy – chic collection for next season.. A great mix of minimal, classic and essential shapes exactly as croissants are a basic, classical food to try at home!
With a bit of practice you’ll obtain the perfect result!
Enjoy,
A.
Enjoy,
A.
